Nice to see her getting into the swing of things!

Whenever Caz is in peril I rush off to her rescue!

Excellent work here, mate. You obviously spent a good deal of time and energy on this, and it definitely shows. The sequence and framing of this animation is excellent, and I loved how it only showed us a few glimpses of Natsumi a bit at a time before moving onwards to the whole scene, very well done. Good artwork here as well, with some nice ropes, and the character looks like she is supposed to (apparently, since I've never seen an episode of Get Backers aside from a few clips, nor have any idea what it is about!). One issue that I do have is that Natsumi's hair is too blue, and while I understand that her regular black hair wouldn't show up well on the background, it still is a bit of a problem. Overall though, excellent job! Good luck with the contest!

Oh... you gave everything away! :)
:iconcordefr:
She had blue hair in the first reference I found and I liked that. I realized only afterwards that wasn't the correct Natsumi :)
:iconcaregan:
wow, that's an uncomfortable-looking tie! but impressive realism, given the angle... my only gripe is that the ropes all remain rigid when she swings - the ones towards which she is swinging would have to go slack, or change angle relative to her to be realistic.
:iconcordefr:
Actually no. The weight distribution is such that the ropes will not go slack. I agree about the angle and perspective which would indeed slightly change. The animation was based on one drawing only so that couldn't be helped.
:iconcaregan:
ah, i see now - i was looking at the movement of the ropes without remembering to check where they were attached to the poor girl and assumed they were all in a line!

staticity is there. but at least theres some movements with the legs and the eye. try on the eye lids next, cool?

Wow, what effort you put into this! Excellently done.
