The Blonde, La Bionda, is the creation of the Italian Franco Saudelli, one of the better DID artists in my opinion. Saudelli started making erotic comics in the 1980s and bondage scenes play a big part in the stories. The Blonde comics feature a female burglar who ties up her victims all of the time. And sometimes she is tied up herself.
