Serial Tyer
The power thrill. The silent, pleading eyes above the gag. The initial defiance, followed by fear or resignation. I even read somewhere that a lot of women like this kind of helplessness.
OK, I know. There is a difference between them and me. They did nothing, while I... I acted out my fantasies. Mind you, I did never hurt them, not one of them. Sure, they were scared, but that will wear off. Sure, I forced them, it was strictly non-consensual. But they were never in any danger. Maybe they even enjoyed it, their adventure. After all, for a few weeks they were the center of attention, telling their bondage adventure over and over again, embellishing it maybe, adding to their Damsel in Distress story. Maybe they also fantasized about it, like I do. And I read in a news paper article, that one of them even said that she had liked it, the snugness of the ropes, the adrenaline high.
Strangely enough, my hobby started accidentally. It was really very comical. The very fi

History doesn't repeat
Elizabeth's checkered past forced itself back onto her in the middle of the vegetable department of the local supermarket. She had just selected a few tomatoes to weigh on the scales, when she heard a voice behind her say: "Hi Liz! Wow, great to see you here!"
You bet, Elizabeth thought, while the red vegetables slipped out of her hands on the floor. She turned around, facing the black haired woman standing a few meters away. She was smallish, her clothes looked worn, and badly matched. The hairdo looked funnyly irregular too, as if she had tried to do it herself. The face had aged, but Elizabeth had no trouble recognizing the woman.
"Oh hi Jenna," hoping that the sheer lack of enthusiasm in her voice would make the other woman back off quickly. No such luck.
"We sure do have a lot to talk about, Lizzie. How long ago is it now? Two years, three? Good times, they were."
"Look Jenna, it's old history. I stopped doing... that," Elizabeth interrupted the flow of words, "I am married now."

The archetypical damsel in distress picture figures a women tied to railway tracks awaiting her dreadful faith. I've even made one myself.

Typical for France... we have a scandal about just such a picture. This one: bit.ly/2AE9WdE

The poster is from a campaign to get the high speed trains ("TGV") to stop in a large town in the South of France where currently it passes through without stopping. The text of the picture is "With the TGV she would have suffered less !"

So why did this cause a scandal ? One would expect (this is France, after all) that it was because it's a misogynistic poster. But actually it is worse than that. The poster exploited a true-life incident in which a local man murdered his wife by tying her to the tracks before throwing himself under the same train: bit.ly/2kqBgkM

It's a weird world we live in...
  • Listening to: The sound of the (t)rain
  • Reading: Some electronics manual
  • Watching: The wind blow in the trees
  • Playing: tic-tac-toe
  • Eating: Nope
  • Drinking: Cappucino
